Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for full-priced items. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items and items purchased during promotional periods are eligible for an exchange or credit note only.

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

All our clothing is made to our high standard of quality and inspected before posting, however if you unexpectedly receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact info@laylapoet.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and images of the issue.

A replacement will be arranged if the item is in stock, however if unavailable then an exchange, credit note or refund will be arranged as appropriate.
